You do not need to clock in hundreds of miles at your local gym or run a marathon to be in good shape, 15 – 30 minutes of exercise a day will do wonders for your body. This is enough to keep your heart active and prevent health problems like cardiac arrests and heart attacks.

This can be acts of kindness to others, raising money for a charity or even volunteering, such activities will boost your self-esteem and make you feel better about yourself while reducing stress at the same time. Any negative vibes will be out of your system because you are seeing the joy you are bringing on other people’s faces.

Being alone for long periods of time is very unhealthy and can lead to depression and anxiety. Constant interaction with others helps you grow your network of friends and make you feel loved.
